Content Creators can now submit their own family-friendly videos to ARTV — our 24-hour educational and inspirational channel. Whether you’re filming a short social media promo or a full-length program, we want to see your creativity shine!

Use the guidelines below to make sure your content is ready for review — then upload it using the Submit button at the bottom of this page.

Who Can Submit?

All content creators are welcome to share their creative work. You may be a student or adult with creative talent that meets our guidelines.

What You Can Submit

  • Skits and short films
  • Motivational messages
  • Educational segments
  • Performing Arts (music, dance, art, poetry, etc.)
  • Short and long programs

Rules & Regulations

The rules and guidelines are to keep ARTV safe, positive, and family-friendly. All submissions must follow these rules:
✅ 1. Content Must Be Family-Friendly
  • No violence, profanity, scary themes, or harmful behavior
  • No bullying, negativity, or inappropriate jokes
  • No copyrighted music, footage, or images unless you created it yourself
  • No offensive or disrespectful language
  • No references to drugs, alcohol, or unsafe actions
  • No obscene gestures or attire are permitted
✅ 2. All Individuals Appearing in The Video Must Have Given Consent.

NOTE: By uploading a video, you confirm that you have created or have the authority to do so, and everyone shown has given permission to be recorded and included.

  • You must obtain permission from all individuals who appear in your video, whether in writing or via video recording.
  • Please retain a copy of the consent form.
✅ 3. Submit Only Your Original Work
  • The content must be your own work and creation
  • Treatment: an outline of the story, characters, themes, and overall vision of the story
  • Title & Logline: A catchy title and a brief,  compelling summary (logline) of the show’s core conflict and premise
  • You may collaborate with others: list the names of all participants
  • No remixing or copying content from TV, YouTube, or social media creators without written permission.
✅ 5. Follow The Technical Requirements

🎥 Filming Guidelines

A. For Full-Length ARTV Channel Content

Required Guidelines

  • Filmed in at least HD (1080p)
  • Good lighting (no dark shadows; light your face/body evenly)
  • Clear audio (use a microphone if possible, or get closer to camera/phone for better audio)
  • Stable camera (tripod recommended)
  • Horizontal filming (landscape mode)
  • Clean background (no clutter or distractions)
  • No background noise
  • Smooth editing (no glitches, loud transitions, or flashing lights)

Recommended:

  • Add titles or captions where needed
  • Use simple cuts and clean transitions
  • Include an intro and outro (Title of the program to begin and closing credits at the end)
  • Keep videos family-friendly, educational, or inspirational
  • Retain the unedited footage for potential re-editing by ARTV.
B. For Social Media-Style Promos (15–60 seconds)

These can be filmed on a smartphone!

General Guidelines:

  • Hold the phone vertically (portrait mode)
  • Use clear, loud audio — talk directly to the microphone
  • Record in a quiet space
  • Keep the camera steady (use a tripod if possible)
  • Light the area you’re filming or face a natural light source, such as an open window
  • Keep your message high-energy, short, and fun
  • Avoid shaky motion or rapid panning

Good for:

  • Announcements
  • Quick inspirational messages
  • Comedy skits
  • Talent previews
  • Social clubs or school activity highlights

Before You Upload

Here is your checklist:

  1. Perform a quality control of your videos, audio, and video levels, clean edits, titles, and credits where applicable
  2. Name your video file, Title, Your Name, Duration: (The Air Show_ARTV_22:30)
  3. A title for your submission
  4. A short description (what the video is about)
  5. Permission documentation of participants featured in the video (Name it the same as Project and Documents (The Air Show_ARTV_Docs)
